Prior to joining B&I as Of Counsel, Marc was a senior associate in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman's Global Sourcing group. He has extensive knowledge of, and experience with, sourcing transactions, particularly with respect to those conducted by financial institutions.

B&I advised Neuberger Berman on a major reorganization of the company's core technology infrastructure, market data, software and corporate services contracts in connection with a buyout by an employee group consisting of portfolio managers and senior professionals of the newly independent company.
